How do returns work?
When you shop online as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. Notify us before the deadline via the withdrawal form or at contact@collectpreloved.dk. You do not need to give a reason. Then return the item no later than 14 days after your notice. You pay the return shipping yourself, unless otherwise agreed.
You may examine the bag as you would in a physical shop. If it has been handled more than necessary, or if included parts such as tags, certificate of authenticity, dust bag or strap are missing, we may deduct an amount for loss in value. Any deduction is assessed individually. We refund the purchase amount and your original delivery costs (corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery) to your original payment method no later than 14 days after your notice, but may wait until we have received the item or proof that it has been returned.
