Return Policy
You have a 14-day return right, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, and with no signs of wear. It must also include the original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item—so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and then place a new order once the return has been approved.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If your order was shipped to an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days—without giving any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
