At Collect Preloved, we do our best to ensure fast and secure delivery of your purchases. Below you will find information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and other terms.

Shipping Areas

We ship to all of Denmark and selected countries within Europe. If you would like delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days

  • Europe (EU): 3–7 business days

  • International orders (outside the EU): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Denmark: Free shipping

  • Europe (EU): Free for orders above 10.000 DKK

  • Outside the EU: Prices vary depending on destination and package weight. Please contact us for a quote.

Customs and Duties

For international orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon receipt.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your package is damaged upon delivery or you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@collectpreloved.com with your order number.
