At Collect Preloved we do our best to ensure fast and secure delivery of your purchases. Below you will find information about our shipping methods, delivery times and other terms.

Delivery areas

We ship to Denmark and the other EU countries. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Dispatch

Items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order. If you pay by bank transfer, the time is counted from when we receive your payment. Pre-orders are delivered within 7–10 business days of your order; this is stated on the item before purchase. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has been sent.

Delivery time after dispatch

Denmark: 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs

Denmark: Free shipping
Other EU countries: A flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Missing or damaged shipments

If your parcel is damaged on delivery, or you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@collectpreloved.dk with your order number.
